What affects the price
Every project is priced after the visit. These factors explain the difference between two quotes.
Area to paint
The price follows the surface of walls and ceilings. Include the dimensions in your request.
Condition of surfaces
Stains and damaged surfaces need more preparation and primer. Show them in your photos.
Height
High ceilings and stairwells require equipment. Specify the wall height.
Colour change
Going from dark to light often adds a coat. Name the current colour and the colour you want.
Trim details
Casings, baseboards and mouldings on walls or ceilings require a lot of precision and time, so they cost more.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to empty the rooms before you arrive?
Yes, ideally. To save time and money, move your furniture yourself and remove small items, frames and curtains. Whatever stays in place, we cover and protect.
How long does one room take?
A standard room in good condition is usually done in one day. Extensive preparation or high ceilings add time, which is specified in the quote.
Do you supply the paint?
Yes, we supply the paint and materials. You choose the colour and finish; we recommend the right product for each room.
Do you paint condos?
Yes. We follow the building's rules and protect the common areas.
